Betty White

From Super Bowl commercials for Snickers to jumping in the shower with Hugh Jackman on The Tonight Show, Betty White can do it all. She's one of the funniest female comedians in the industry today — which is rather ironic, since she is 88 years old.
The comedian has not yet lost her gusto. In fact, she's just gaining momentum. White had an entire Facebook campaign dedicated to getting her to host Saturday Night Live — that's some serious Betty White love. With some negotiating, White agreed to host SNL on May 8 for a Mother's Day special.
Producers and writers are clamoring to get her do guest appearances on their shows. White recently turned down an offer to do Dancing with the Stars. Even Jim Parsons, geeky Sheldon on The Big Bang Theory, has said he wants White to play his "mee-ma" on the show.
But with White signing on to play a regular on TV Land's first scripted comedy Hot in Cleveland, these much-desired guest appearances might be hard to come by. White is redefining the landscape for women "pushing 90," going where no woman has really gone before.
In her most recent stint on The Tonight Show, which aired on March 16, White peered out from behind a shower curtain, telling Jay Leno she wasn't shy, while Hugh Jackman peeked out from the other side. The audience was dying of laughter at White's nonchalant attitude.
In a preview for Hot in Cleveland, which features Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves and Wendie Malik as three eccentric Los Angeles women who rediscover themselves in Cleveland, White shines as the snarky but lovable caretaker Elka Ostrovsky.
No topic is out-of-bounds for White as she covers prostitution, Nazis and even pot in a mere two minutes while still keeping a straight face. This "Golden Girl" certainly has not lost her shine — she just keeps getting sassier and classier by the year and looks to have an even more promising future.
