Pretty Little Liars is a phenomenon on ABC Family, making it their second best show among females 12 to 34. The premiere of the show's first episode averaged 4.2 million viewers, according to Nielsen data. On Aug. 15, 2010, Pretty Little Liars became #1 on the Children's Best Seller's chart — a reflection of the success of the book.
